Methods of Payment:
- Bank transfer (please present a transfer receipt to the office).
- Personal Cheque, Company Cheque, or Bank Draft issued to 'International School of Chonburi'.
- Tuition fee will not be accepted in cash.
Invoice Due Dates:
Term 1 – August to December due on 10th June 2024
Term 2 – January to April due on 10th November 2024
Term 3 – April to June due on 10th March 2025
*Please refer to the school's calendar for half term dates, public holidays and the dates of special events.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All bank charges for cheques, bank transfers and credit cards will be borne by parents/guardian.
- Fees may be adjusted if a student enrols at the midway point through a term.
- All fees are in Thai Baht and are non-refundable.
- In the event of:
- an absence from school
- or a statutory holiday*
students enrolled for 2, 3 or 5 day programs in Early Years cannot make up their designated days.
*Please refer to the school's calendar for half term dates, public holidays and the dates of special events.
- On September 1 each year students should be the following ages:
Early Years 1 : 2 years old
Early Years 2 : 3 years old
Early Years 3 : 4 years old
Year 1 : 5 years old
Year 2 : 6 years old
Year 3 : 7 years old
Year 4 : 8 years old
Year 5 : 9 years old
Year 6 : 10 years old
- To receive 3% annual payment discount, a full years tuition fee has to be paid before 20th of August.
- For payments from foreign countries an additional charge of USD 20 will be added in the invoice.
- School lunches and Transportation are optional for students.
- Tuition fee and other charges may be subject to an increase year on year.
